Nepal is a stunning location for a mountain bike trip and Unique Trails and the Kathmandu valley provided us with some of the best rides imaginable. The reward for the stunning climbs was some of the sweetest natural singletrack and technical descents I have ever ridden. Riding through villages and down into the valley was an experience I will never forget. The weather, the routes, the accommodation and our excellent local guide made this a truly memorable trip. Nothing was too big of a problem for Mads and the team - before and during the trip - and they were on hand to sort our personal and mechanical problems throughout. We will be back.

Cycling through Cambodia was an experience I'll never forgot. Our guide- GO - was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and more importantly we felt safe and well looked after the whole time. Unique Trails did a fabulous job in designing an itinerary that completely suited our needs which was off the beaten track yet still enabled us to experience the splendour of Angkor Wat and the other gob-smacking temples. Miss Nee has been a great guide, explaining lots about country, people and culture. I absolutely appreciated the opportunity to see places and try food stuff which you wouldn't have access to without the local insight.

A truly epic journey! The Roof of the World on a bike – what better way to explore Tibet and Nepal, meet the locals, experience the amazing culture and stunning scenery! Scenic views of the Himalayas rewarded for soul-destroying climbs, headwind and ‘interesting’ road conditions… The tour was well organized and the support crew did an amazing job keeping those bikes going and chains lubed!... and the food! World class! Where else in the world can you feast three times a day and still lose weight? With all the hard work, Unique Trails still managed to turn this epic bike ride into a relaxing holiday! Perfect! I will be back for more’… off to the beach now…

The ride from Lhasa to Kathmandu defies superlatives. The countryside covers an amazing range from barley filled valleys, dramatic arid passes, the grandeur of Everest to the almost unreal descent into the greenery of Nepal clinging to the walls of steep river gorges. However, what impressed me most about the trip was how completely I could focus on just riding the bike and experiencing the surroundings. Mads and the support staff did a great job (despite a number of logistical challenges) and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the task of riding through the spectacular and challenging terrain.
